Rs 1 crore awarded to Thane man’s family in motor accident claim
A Lok Adalat in Thane has awarded Rs 1 crore in compensation to the family of Anand Rajan Nadar, an assistant security manager who died in a road accident in September 2024. Nadar was killed when a speeding tempo collided with his motorcycle. The settlement was reached amicably between the victim's family and the tempo insurer.
