Rs 45L seized from police housing corp official
Vigilance officials apprehended Bidyut Ranjan Bhol, a deputy manager with the Odisha police housing corporation, near Sambalpur railway station, seizing Rs 5 lakh in unaccounted cash. Subsequent searches at his properties in Sambalpur and Bhubaneswar, including his sister's residence, led to the recovery of an additional Rs 40 lakh.
