Santacruz police book Food Square manager for allegedly mislabelling non-vegetarian chocolate as vegetarian
The Santacruz police have initiated legal action against the manager of Food Square, following complaints of deceptive labeling practices. A lawyer bought what was labeled as vegetarian chocolate, only to discover it contained non-vegetarian ingredients. This misleading labeling, uncovered on October 8 from a purchase on October 4, has prompted the filing of an FIR against those involved.
