Shay Mitchell sells renovated 1931 Los Angeles home for $1.95 million, three years after buying it
Shay Mitchell has made waves once again as she sells her stunning Los Angeles home for $1.95 million. Originally bought in 2012 for $1.35 million, this vintage property boasts traditional Spanish architecture, enhanced by modern upgrades that made it highly appealing. The flourishing real estate market of spring 2015 contributed to its quick sale, paving the way for the actress to invest in a larger estate in the area.
