Steven Spielberg pulls $29.9 M LA ranch off the market
Filmmaker Steven Spielberg listed his Los Angeles ranch for $29.9 million but has now taken it off the market. He and his wife purchased the property in 1999 for $5.75 million, intending to create equestrian facilities. After facing opposition from local residents, their renovation plans were significantly reduced over the years. The ranch, known as Dogwood, features a main house with numerous upscale amenities and a 20,000-square-foot riding arena.
