Stranded in flood-hit Nepal, 100 Maharashtra pilgrims find safe passage home via Bihar
In the wake of flash floods in Nepal, approximately 100 Maharashtra pilgrims were expertly evacuated. Thanks to the Bihar government’s prompt coordination, these stranded travelers were escorted to Sitamarhi before reaching Patna for an overnight stay. Additionally, the state arranged for extra train coaches to facilitate their return to Maharashtra, leaving the pilgrims feeling thankful for the effective and organized rescue efforts put in place.
