Student dies after being run over by Chennai local while searching for 'lost earphones' on railway tracks
A 19-year-old college student, Rajagopal, was run over by a suburban train near Kodambakkam railway station while trying to retrieve his Bluetooth earphones from the tracks. He was a BSc student at Govt Arts College, Nandanam. Rajagopal stayed at a govt hostel in Saidapet and also worked part-time with a caterer. Further investigations are ongoing.
