Supreme Court stays demolition of 29 bungalows in blue flood line zone in Pune's Chikhali
The Supreme Court has temporarily halted the demolition of 29 bungalows built in Pune's Indrayani river's blue flood line zone until February 10. The bungalows were slated for demolition following a National Green Tribunal (NGT) order due to environmental violations. The NGT had also imposed a ₹5 crore fine on the owners.
