Tamil Nadu: Eastern Ghats districts to get green uplift
The Tamil Nadu government is expanding its Special Area Development Programme (SADP) to 33 blocks in the Eastern Ghats. Starting in 2024-25, the program will focus on promoting development and biodiversity conservation in these ecologically sensitive areas, particularly benefiting tribal populations.
