'The Chapter 1 in the title shouldn’t lead you to expect OM 2'
Clarifying fan misconceptions, director Rajkumar Periasamy states that 'OM – Chapter 1: Udhiram – The Blood Wood' will wrap up its story without a follow-up. The film, headlined by Dhanush and Mammootty, features Sai Pallavi and Sreeleela in pivotal roles, with Mammootty's character inspired by Scorsese's iconic takes on immigrant lives. Look out for its release in theaters on November 20, 2026.
