The Kerala Story 2 gets U/A rating; Vipul thanks board for their faith
'The Kerala Story 2' has received a U/A certificate from the CBFC, despite its sensitive theme. Inspired by true incidents, the film focuses on forced conversions. While producer Vipul Amrutlal Shah expressed gratitude for the certification, Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan criticized it as “propaganda.” Directed by Kamakhya Narayan Singh, it releases on February 27, 2026.
