They were sorting old government files; the discovery led to 100 village libraries in Nagpur

Unused government buildings in Nagpur are being converted into libraries that provide students with access to necessary resources. Project DREAM originated from a government program aimed at organizing records and improving public facilities. Villagers actively participated in the design process, contributing ideas for furniture, lighting, and technology. Over 103 libraries have been established, with additional ones planned for future development.
