'They won't talk about jobs, unemployment, plight of Dalits': Rahul Gandhi in Jharkhand
During his first campaign rally in Jharkhand's Santhal Pargana, Rahul Gandhi accused the BJP and RSS of trying to "kill" the Constitution and dividing the nation along caste and communal lines. He pledged that an INDIA bloc government would conduct a caste census, remove the 50% reservation cap, and increase OBC, ST, and SC reservations in the state.
