TVK govt to recast mini stadium plan; outlay may rise to Rs 12 crore each
The TVK government is committed to the ongoing construction of mini stadiums across existing venues. The updated plan will boost the budget significantly, as the initial funding was found inadequate for sustainable use. Currently, 31 projects are underway, and 44 have been finalized. The revised sports facility development scheme will be financed by the state government to ensure enhanced functionality.
