Chandigarh Police have apprehended Parminder Singh, the first suspect in the Manjeet Kaur case, following a two-week investigation. Detained near the motor market in Sector 38, investigators used call detail and tower location data to link him to the scene. While Singh confessed to participating in the kidnapping, he denied igniting the flames that harmed Kaur. Authorities are looking into a pregnancy-related dispute as a possible motive behind the abduction.
