Two Kolkata patients with Parkinson's and cervical dystonia find their rescue in deep brain stimulation procedure
Two Kolkata men in their 60s, one battling Parkinson's disease and the other cervical dystonia, have found relief from debilitating symptoms thanks to Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) surgery. Dr. Anirban Deep Banerjee, a neurosurgeon at Medanta Gurugram, conducted the procedure, enabling both men to regain mobility and improve their quality of life.
