UP’s 10 Rajya Sabha seats filled unopposed: BJP gets 8, SP 2; Akhilesh says ‘focus is on 403’
On the last day for withdrawal of nominations, all ten Rajya Sabha candidates from Uttar Pradesh were elected unopposed. The eight BJP candidates include Dharampal Singh and Prakash Pal, while the two candidates from Samajwadi Party are Ram Gopal Yadav and Dhanraj Parimal Nathwani.
