Manatu police apprehended two drug peddlers, including a Uttar Pradesh resident, with 216 kg of poppy straw. The duo was en route to Robertsgang, UP, after procuring the contraband from Chatra district. Bareilly has reportedly become a new hub for poppy straw distribution from Palamu.
