UP road accident: 4 killed, over 10 injured in head-on bus–truck collision; traffic disrupted
A head-on collision between a speeding truck and a passenger bus near Hardiya village in Basti district resulted in four fatalities and over 10 injuries. The bus, carrying pilgrims to Ajmer Sharif, was struck by the truck, causing severe damage to both vehicles and throwing passengers onto the road. Rescue operations were initiated by locals before authorities arrived.
