Veteran makeup artist Pandian passes away at 74
Pandian, a renowned makeup artist, passed away at the age of 74 in Chennai. He started his career in Malayalam cinema at the age of 16 and worked independently from 1978. Director Sathyan Anthikad recalled Pandian's reliable presence throughout many film projects over the years. Despite battling kidney ailments for two decades, he continued to contribute to the industry. His last film was 'Hridayapoorvam', featuring Mohanlal and Malavika Mohanan.
