'Was curious about crowd': What actor Imran Khan's plea says
Imran Khan Pal, a US national with OCI registration, filed a petition in the Bombay High Court. He challenged a leave India notice issued by the FRRO regarding his participation in a protest. His petition claims the notice was arbitrary and violated his fundamental rights under the Indian Constitution. He argues that no hearing was provided and he was denied an opportunity to present his case.
