In Hyderabad, E Pavan Kumar was arrested for allegedly hitting nine pedestrians with his car. The victims were returning home after their shift at a local bar when the accident occurred. Pavan had consumed alcohol before driving despite lacking a valid driving license. Police have attributed culpable homicide and rash driving charges against him and his friend Karthik. Fortunately, the nine victims sustained injuries but escaped more serious harm.
