With world’s tallest monolithic Shivling, Champaran hopes for economic boost
Champaran, known for Mahatma Gandhi's satyagraha, now boasts the world's tallest monolithic Shivling. This massive black granite structure is part of the Viraat Ramayan Temple complex. The installation is drawing visitors and boosting local economies. Nearby Sitamarhi district is also developing a grand temple complex.
