‘Daylight judicial murder’: Allahabad high court sets aside Ghaziabad judge’s order

The Allahabad High Court has directed action against a Ghaziabad trial judge for "deliberate judicial misconduct" and "daylight judicial murder." The judge ignored a death certificate in a property dispute, allowing a tenant's name to be recorded as owner. The High Court set aside the verdict, deeming it passed against a deceased person and recommending administrative action against the judge.
