Assam cops looking for bike lifters cross into Nagaland, attacked by armed miscreants
An Assam Police constable was injured in Yajang C village, Nagaland, while investigating a motorcycle theft racket. He was attacked with a machete by a group of miscreants. The police team was rescued after intervention by the district authorities. The injured constable is hospitalized with severe head injuries and is scheduled for surgery.
