Bengaluru digital creator runs over stray dog, dumps body in bag; video goes viral
A 35-year-old digital content creator, Manjunath Venkatesh, was arrested in JP Nagar for allegedly running over a street dog with his SUV and disposing of the body. CCTV footage of the incident, interpreted as intentional, went viral, prompting an animal activist to file a complaint. Police have charged him under the Cruelty to Animals Act and seized his vehicle.
