Delhi serial killer Chanderkant held after a year on the run
Delhi Police recently captured Chanderkant Jha, a serial killer who had been on the run since jumping parole last year. Known as the 'butcher of Delhi,' Jha was apprehended at Old Delhi Railway Station after an extensive manhunt led by Devesh Srivastava. Jha had earlier received parole to arrange a marriage for his daughter but failed to return to jail.
