Tamil Nadu assembly speaker M Appavu walked out of the 85th All India Presiding Officers' Conference in Patna to protest the exclusion of his remarks about governor R N Ravi. Appavu accused the RS deputy chairman of interrupting him and criticized the governor for not following constitutional protocols and omitting significant leaders' names.
