Attention diversion gang steals Rs 3 lakh from autorickshaw in Chennai
An autorickshaw passenger in Chennai, carrying Rs 3 lakh for his nephew's medical treatment, fell victim to a distraction theft. While he was collecting currency notes dropped near the vehicle, miscreants made off with the bag containing the cash. Police suspect the thieves might have been tracking the victim from the bank.
