ED raids 18 properties linked to drug-smuggling accused in Tamil Nadu
Search operations by Enforcement Directorate officials are underway throughout South India, targeting properties tied to drug traffickers Nizaruddin and Syed. Additionally, Alex Mahalingam, currently in custody for amphetamine possession, is facing scrutiny from the ED. Authorities are investigating the possibility of luxury properties being acquired through illicit drug-related activities. Similar investigations are concurrently being conducted in Kochi and adjacent states.
