Encouraged by win in Jharkhand, Chirag Paswan seeks bigger footprint
Chirag Paswan's LJP (Ram Vilas) secured victory in the Chatra seat, Jharkhand, defeating RJD's candidate by over 18,000 votes. This win maintains their 100% strike rate following the Lok Sabha elections. The party, now with two MLAs in Nagaland and one in Jharkhand, plans nationwide expansion. Their sole Bihar MLA previously defected to JD(U).
