Man builds WWII-style bunker beneath his garden with 35ft tunnel and hidden beer lift
Dave Billings, a fabricator from Derbyshire, has dedicated 11 years to creating an underground garden project. His construction includes two bunkers connected by a long passage, which was inspired by World War II escape tunnels. Billings designed a lift disguised as a beer keg to facilitate drink delivery underground. He plans to connect the bunkers to his home through a concealed entrance leading to an old well.
