Man strangles bedridden HIV-positive brother over medical care near Mumbai, arrested
Rahul Sanas, a clerk in Bandra, was arrested for allegedly strangling his 36-year-old brother Rohan. Rohan, who was bedridden due to kidney failure and HIV, depended entirely on Rahul for care. Their troubled relationship stemmed from frequent quarrels over Rohan's medical needs, leading to Rahul's wife leaving him and their children. After an autopsy revealed strangulation, police detained Rahul, who confessed to the crime.
