Mangaluru city corporation targets manufacturers in single-use plastic ban effort
The Mangaluru City Corporation (MCC) is stepping up its efforts to enforce the ban on single-use plastics. Mayor Manoj Kumar announced an awareness program on November 21st targeting businesses and surprise inspections of plastic manufacturers. The MCC aims to identify and address the sources of single-use plastics while promoting the '3R' principle of reduce, reuse, and recycle.
