Telangana shuts educational institutions in mourning for former PM Manmohan Singh's demise
Schools and colleges in Telangana are closed to mourn the death of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. The central government declared seven days of state mourning. Telangana has declared a holiday for all government offices and educational institutions. University exams scheduled for today have been postponed and new dates will be announced later.
