Thane should explore vintage car restoration industry: Dy CM Eknath Shinde
Deputy chief minister Eknath Shinde suggested starting a restoration industry for foreign and vintage automobiles and motorcycles in Thane. This industry could create jobs and training opportunities. Shinde requested an assessment of the idea by the transport minister. Thane hosted an exhibition showcasing over 580 vintage and luxury vehicles valued over Rs 1000 crore.
