Watch: Section of collapses in Delhi's RK Puram
Heavy rainfall caused a section of the road to collapse in Delhi's RK Puram area, creating cold conditions and dense fog. Safdarjung observatory recorded 44.3mm of rain, making it the highest December rainfall in 27 years. The India Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert, predicting dense fog across most areas from December 30 to January 1.
