CJP duo quizzed, hit back at foreign funding charge: 'Why were you negotiating with us then'
The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) representatives were questioned by the crime branch regarding a recent trespassing case. Union minister Jitendra Singh accused the CJP of receiving foreign funds from Pakistani politicians and US donors. CJP co-founder Ashutosh Ranka denied these claims and questioned the government's previous engagement with them. Congress functionary Priyank Kharge challenged the BJP-led government to provide evidence for the allegations made by Singh.
