Mastermind of Rs 15 crore Covid vaccine scam arrested in Delhi after three-year hunt
The Economic Offences Wing of the Delhi Police has arrested Prafulla Kumar Nayak, accused of defrauding people of Rs 15 crores by issuing fake work orders for Covid vaccine transportation. The operation involved masquerading as officials from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
