Madras high court says unwelcome office behaviour is sex harassment
Madras High Court emphasized that at the workplace, the act of sexual harassment matters more than the harasser's intention. Unwelcome behavior is harassment if it affects women, regardless of intent. This came while quashing a labor court's order in favor of an HCL Technologies employee accused of inappropriate behavior by three women subordinates.
